mistaking a bear standing on its hind legs for Bigfoot. The majority of sightings occur where bears do exist. Experts say that 70 to 80 percent of Bigfoot sightings are not real and that most are either a
hoax or a misidentified animal.
Forms of Shelter
Nest type structures have been found throughout many areas. These nests often consist of sticks and branches with a soft lining of moss. It is thought that these structure could have been built by Bigfoot as a place to sleep or rest.
