Bigfoot Wood Knocking

Wood Knocking is the action of hitting two pieces of wood together(usually a tree) to create a noise. The goal in this technique is to get Bigfoot to answer by wood knocking back or by making a sound. This actually does occur with other known apes as a way to communicate over long distances. No Bigfoot has ever actually been seen beating a tree or creating such a sound, but there has been reports of people hearing the sounds of distant wood knocking throughout forests. Other theories suggest that Bigfoot isn't using wood at all, but rather clapping, making noise with its mouth, or pounding on its chest. Chest pounding is a way gorillas communicate, and the noise can travel long distances.
